Welcome to the Cuckmere Valley Canoe Club (CVCC) website. CVCC is a Kayaking & Canoeing Club based in the beautiful setting of the Seven Sisters Country Park, between Eastbourne & Seaford, on the banks of the River Cuckmere.
CVCC is a family orientated club and welcomes members regardless of age or previous kayaking experience. We are primarily a club that introduces people to kayaking. There are many directions Kayaking can be taken and the club will do its very best to guide you. All our coaches are BCU qualified and insured. They are all volunteers and give their time freely to run sessions/events for the club. In additon to the general Sunday paddling sessions on the Cuckmere River, the club also runs various courses & events throughout the year - see the Club Programme for details.
We run regular sessions throughout the summer on a number of Wednesday evenings for those who would like to try Kayaking either for the first time or just to have a paddle on the Meanders. All details are on the 'Go Canoeing' page under 'Information' or email us via the contact page.
